"Kozloduy NPP - New Builds" EAD (the "Company") is a sole proprietorship, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Company was registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency on 09.05.2012
Mission
The mission of "Kozloduy NPP - New Builds" is to successfully implement the project for the construction of units 7 and 8, providing Bulgaria and the European Union with reliable, affordable and clean electricity. By implementing state-of-the-art nuclear technologies, professional competence and high safety standards, we contribute to energy security, sustainable development and the implementation of national and European carbon neutrality goals.

Management
The Board of Directors carries out the overall management of the Company, adhering to high standards of professional ethics. In its daily activities, it applies the highest standards of nuclear safety and radiation protection of the population, and ensures safe working conditions for the personnel.
