Alex Nestor is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kozloduy NPP – New Builds. He is an established manager with extensive international experience in the nuclear, mining and petrochemical industries, as well as in the non-governmental sector. During his professional career, he has held a number of senior management and expert positions, including Vice President, Executive Director, Project and Construction Manager, Corporate Relations Director, and Design and Sales Engineer.

His professional experience includes work in internationally recognized companies such as Aker Kvaerner Canada, Sulzer Canada, Umicore, Dundee Precious Metals Bulgaria, Flexible Dynamics Canada and Senior Flexonics Canada, where he made significant contributions to their strategic and operational development.

Nestor is the Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (CanCham) and has been actively involved in the management and activities of leading business and industry organizations, including the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology, the Srednogorie Med Industrial Cluster, and the Bulgarian Energy and Mining Forum.

He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Wroclaw, Poland, and completed a mini MBA program at PwC.

The Executive Director of Kozloduy NPP - New Builds, Petyo Ivanov, has extensive professional experience in the energy sector. Over the years, he has held management positions in a number of energy companies. From February 2016 to July 2019, he was the Executive Director of Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD (BEH), and before that, he headed the state-owned gas company Bulgargaz. In 2017, he was also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kozloduy NPP EAD. He participated in the management of ICGB AD and Contour Global Operations Bulgaria. He has extensive experience in structuring and securing financing for BEH EAD and its subsidiaries.

In the period 2021-2023, he held the position of Financial Director at the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange EAD. In the past, he has expert financial and accounting experience as Head of Financial Controlling and Chief Accountant of NEK EAD. Ivanov has been managing Kozloduy NPP - New Builds since January 2024.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of Varna and a master's degree in the same field from the University of Varna "St. Cyril and Methodius". He has acquired additional competencies in energy product trading from the European Energy Exchange.

Georgi Dobrev is a well-established expert in the field of energy with many years of professional experience in key structures of the Bulgarian energy system. Since March 2025, he has been the Executive Director of the National Electricity Company EAD - the largest producer of electricity from renewable sources in Bulgaria.

Georgi Dobrev holds a Master of Laws and additional qualifications in economics and management. In his professional career, he has held various management positions, including positions in the Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD, as well as a member of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.

With his in-depth knowledge in the field of energy legislation and key topics for the sector such as liberalization of the energy market, development of nuclear energy, management of regulatory and corporate processes, Georgi Dobrev has made a significant contribution to the activities of "Kozloduy NPP-New Builds".

Yanko Dzhinkov is an established expert with extensive international experience in the field of economics and business administration. During his professional career, he has held a number of management and expert positions in established companies, making a significant contribution to the maintenance and development of their activities.

His professional growth has included assignments in Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with the international experience he has gained significantly broadening his expertise and contributing to his overall professional profile.

Yanko Jinkov has a Master's degree in Economics and a PhD candidate in International Business.

Krasimir Kamenov has many years of experience in the field of nuclear energy and reactor physics. His professional career at the plant began in 1993 as a physicist in the sector for calculating the characteristics of the core of VVER-440 reactor units, where he held various expert and management positions for 11 years.

From 2009 to the present, he has been the Head of the Nuclear Fuel Department at Kozloduy NPP, responsible for the management of the entire nuclear fuel cycle - supplies, safe operation and spent fuel management.

He participated in the implementation of key projects for Kozloduy NPP, including the implementation of new types of fuel assemblies, increasing the power of units 5 and 6 and extending their operational life. Under his leadership, the program for diversification of fresh nuclear fuel supplies was developed and Westinghouse fuel was implemented at unit 5.

He graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", majoring in engineering physics, and specialized in the field of nuclear energy. He is fluent in Russian and uses English.
